Maltese Flora & Fauna

This site is about the wildlife of the Maltese Islands. I start by thanking Joe Sultana and Victor Falzon, the editors of the excellent book "WILDLIFE OF THE MALTESE ISLANDS" which was very used in this site. I would like to thank Mr. R. Pace and Mrs. J. Fiorentino who were my biology teachers of year 2001/2002. Thanks go also to Mr. Abela Medici, the lab teacher who helped his class a lot. And finally thanks to all the biology class, the best united class I have ever been in.

In this site one could find a brief account of the wildlife which one could find on the Maltese Islands and if possible, each organism is illustrated too.
